Name: Reinhardt Wilhelm
Universe: Overwatch
Appearance:Precision German Engineering. And this is what he looks like under the helmet. It's worth noting that under the armour he's still absolutely huge, with the average man barely coming up to his shoulders. For an old man, he's also got a terrifying amount of muscle.
Personality: If you personified the modern view of chivalry and made it larger than life, you would be most of the way to Reinhardt. His concerns seem to run in the order of doing the right thing for its own sake, winning glory in battle, and simply enjoying a good fight. In all of these, he is thoroughly boisterous and seemingly incapable of maintaining an indoor voice for more than five minutes at a time--yet, surprisingly, he gets on remarkably well with children despite this and his sheer size. He also seems to have some fun with provoking people he likes.
Powers/Skills: He's big, knows Hasselhoff, and has a lifetime's experience of swinging around an oversized hammer and getting in the way of harm. Reinhardt is also a surprisingly good storyteller.
Brief Bio: In his youth, Reinhardt joined the German army and eventually became one of the Crusaders--a modern-day knightly order using the same armour and weapons that he continues to use. It was with the Crusaders that Reinhardt first became involved in the Omnic Crisis (beyond the omnipresent "they're trying to kill us" everybody had to deal with). Later in the crisis, he was one of the six individuals that formed the strike team that would end the crisis--the beginning of Overwatch. Reinhardt would stay with the organisation for almost its entire existence, becoming a Lieutenant and leading the strike team dispatched to King's Row to put a stop to the uprising there. Then, of course, he was made to retire, to stand by on the sidelines and watch as Overwatch fell further and further into corruption and got disbanded in disgrace--having lost three of its founding members (or four) and his friends in the process. Reinhardt promptly brought himself out of retirement and set out as a modern day knight errant, travelling Europe and coming to blows with a gang called the Dragons. Though proving quite capable of beating up someone not fighting back, they found out that a mountain of a man in power armour is substantially more dangerous, and were driven from the town for good. And then he went and told Torbjorn's children stories at Christmas.
Equipment: Reinhardt has his armour and his hammer, which, though both old and battered, are still serviceable and somewhat terrifying to be confronted with--the hammer alone is as big as some people. And both, of course, have rockets on them: the armour to charge across a battlefield (and crush any unfortunate foes), whilst the hammer seems to have one simply to hit things even harder--including slamming into the ground hard enough to cause people to fall. The armour also has the ability to project a large barrier from its left wrist, capable of absorbing massively fatal amounts of damage before breaking... at which point it will just recharge again in no time at all. It has the added benefit of being translucent and something that can be attacked through from behind, allowing his allies to retaliate.
Others: The guy's 61.

Name: Shirai Kuroko
Universe: Toaru Kagaku no Railgun/Toaru Majutsu no Index
Appearance: Not pictured: she's kind of short.
Personality: There are two sides to Shirai Kuroko--which fits the black-and-white theme of her name. On the one hand you have a somewhat blunt young woman, who despite the amazing abilities and science she's exposed to on a daily basis is quite sceptical of anything that could exist beyond the realm of Academy City's futuristic science. She's a bit too formal, but generally quite a relaxed person--with a sense of justice strong enough that the concept of backing down seems to elude her. And, unlike her roommate, she actually joined Judgement so she could help legally, which she takes extremely seriously. Then there's the other side, which can be best summed up as an alarming degree of attraction towards Mikoto and a tendency towards impulsive action. Whilst her attention in that regard certainly seems to not be desired--especially when she gets too touchy--it's nonetheless a very genuine attraction, and she's willing to do whatever she can to make sure that the Railgun is actually happy... no matter how much danger this might put her in.
Powers/Skills: Kuroko is a Level 4 esper with the most wonderfully descriptive ability name in the series: Teleport. It does exactly what it sounds like and allows her to teleport things: specifically, herself or anything that she's in contact with. This has its own limitations--around 130kg weight and a range of just over 80 metres. Because the basis of her ability is doing maths in eleven dimensions, if she can't concentrate, then she's not going to be teleporting anything--but she's surprisingly resilient to pain for someone of her age. Quite oddly for a high level esper, Kuroko isn't completely reliant on her ability in a fight--teleporting is useful for pinning people down by their clothing or getting around them, certainly, but a brawl isn't always the place for doing maths. Instead, she actually seems to know martial arts, presumably something close to aikido--not only is she young, she's small and not particularly bulky, and her fighting style is all about using people's strength against them. Except, of course, with the common inclusion of surprise dropkicks.
Brief Bio: After joining Judgement the year before enrolling in Tokiwadai and getting a much needed growth spurt, Kuroko was involved in preventing a bank robbery, which was pretty much the most exciting thing to happen until after she met Misaka Mikoto... and somehow managed to end up as the older girl's roommate. Since then, she's been involved in several rather more serious incidents--though she doesn't know about the worst of them aside from said roommate coming home late a lot--and gotten rather hurt once.
Equipment: Aside from her phone, Kuroko has the two belts of needles strapped to her thighs, useful for pinning people down by their clothing or disabling complex mechanisms. It's a shame that she doesn't have the much larger belts handy.
Others:

Name: Ana Amari
Universe: Overwatch
Appearance: How nobody guessed her identity with the Overwatch logo on one shoulder is one of life's mysteries.
Personality: When she was younger, Ana was a very serious and strait-laced person, despite her commitment towards protecting those she cares for and making a better world for her daughter. Her caring side, however, was enough to get a reputation as a mother bear to all those under her command--an attitude that would lead to her apparent death. At the same time, this attitude also caused her kills to weigh heavily on her conscience, a major contributing factor to allowing the entire world to believe she was dead. Nowadays, years after the fact, she seems to have reconciled herself with what she's done--and become a lot more warm in general. She's also become rather... sarcastic, even in the face of danger or battle.
Powers/Skills: As a perfectly normal human, Ana has nothing in the way of supernatural abilities. Instead, she retains a level of physical ability quite unusual for a sixty year old--and the skills honed over a lifetime of military service. She's still a surprisingly capable hand to hand fighter but what she's known for is her ability as a sniper. Ana was the best in the world in her prime, even into her fifties, and despite the loss of her cybernetic eye she has shown no signs of getting any worse at her job. She's a capable commander--both on and off the battlefield--due to her long stint as Overwatch's second in command, though whether the ability to help lead a military organisation on that scale translates well to more supernatural events is somewhat questionable. And, finally, Ana seems to have some training as a combat medic--at least enough to work out when someone is in need of immediate medical attention.
Brief Bio: Coming from a long line of soldiers, it was inevitable that Ana would find herself joining the army--and her timing found her fighting in the midst of the Omnic crisis, with Egypt's forces increasingly relying on snipers to deal with the endless tide of robots. When Overwatch was formed, it was a natural choice to include her as their sniper, and after the crisis she rose to the position of Jack Morrison's second in command, raising her daughter around the other heroes in the organisation--yet wanting her to stay away from the military (for all the good that did). It was in her 50's, after the King's Row uprising and Amélie Lacroix's abduction, retrieval, and subsequent murder of her husband, that Ana chose to stay behind during an operation, seeking to eliminate the sniper that had brought down members of her team. Instead, when she had the opportunity to take the final shot, Ana hesitated on seeing who it was--and got her own eye shot out for the trouble. Wounded but not dead, Ana faked her death, yet soon enough wanted to work at bringing down Talon once more. Instead of revealing herself to the world at large, Ana began to operate under the name of Shrike as a bounty hunter, sabotaging Talon operations in the Middle East, getting in trouble with the government, and somehow ending up on a watchlist in Russia at one time. Eventually, this culminated in both Reaper and Soldier 76 showing up at the same time with some interest in her--and now it's quite clear that all three of them know the others are alive. She decided to stick with Jack, as he needed her help.
Equipment: Ana's rifle is a particularly odd specimen--rather than firing traditional bullets, it instead fires an injection of nanomachines. For allies, this means biotics that stitch up and heal injuries... yet for enemies it's quite the opposite, destructively tearing apart. Of course, the gun can't differentiate friend from foe--in a busy fight, it's quite possible that she would hit the wrong person if she tried to shoot. The rifle isn't the only thing that Ana carries--she has a supply of grenades that have the same, but more immediate, effects, and a pistol fitted with sleep darts to deal with people in a more nonlethal manner. She even has a wrist-mounted launcher for the last set of nanomachines on her person, which induce an artificial and extremely strong adrenaline rush for a brief period of time--allowing allies to exceed their normal physical limitations and ignore injuries.
Others: She's pretty short.
