Either way, about your character. Bio wise she's ok. Someone else interested in the White King is a novelty, though considering how much people seem to dislike Chiyo.

However, I have to say that her second ability is too powerful the way it's written now. Basically, it implies a passive damage reduction aura that can end up making a fight against her impossible. It would be far better if you removed the stacking debuff and gave an idea of the area of effect of that ability.

Also, setting a cooldown time for the 3rd one would be good as well, since it seems to have limitless uses the way it's written now.

I think the second ability description's 5% reduction refers to a reduction in the damage reduction, meaning it starts on 30% and goes down to 25% reduction after one round.
