"It is 6 am.  I gotta get breakfast ready, prepare lunch for the work day and I like to get to the shop by 7:30.  Getting started early like this gives me a chance to watch a little tv, plan things out and wake up."

He starts scrambling some eggs.

"You want some breakfast burritos?  I am gonna make some crab and ghost pepper breakfast burritos."

He grabs out some jumbo lump crab meat and ghost pepper nacho cheese.
