I will ponder this, but my immediate response is to say your choice as it is now resembles an Earth Elementalists bond. A specialization so to speak where an Earth Ele can manipulate or rapidly speed up the growth of trees/shrubs/leaves/flowers/etc. I would need further explanation as to what your intention of Flora as an element would be.
