Personality: Hailee loves to lead. She is a complete control freak. She also loves books. As a general rule she is bubbly, bouncy, and excited about everything, although she is extremely hard on herself and doesn't take failure well at [i]all[/i].

History: Hailee was born to two non-elementalists, and due to the fact that many people in her town rejected the idea that elementalists weren't, in fact, evil, her parents decided to keep it a secret. They heard about an elementalist town near them, so they sent her off. She had a pretty happy life there with her adopted parents.
