Lyminia
After listening to the Chief's words and watching some of the other young goblins run over to the two combatants, the golden-eyed, attractive goblin let out a small sigh at the fact that what she had seen was not magic, but rather an ability that she and the other excepting Sabu would not be able to have. It was sad, but interesting all the same to think over. At least from what she had heard so far, the human city had opportunities to learn magic and the like, albeit with their own conditions it would seem. Truly, Lyminia wondered if she even had magic potential, but there was only one way to find out. She had to get someone to tell her who knew magic in the first place. It was an idea she felt would still be good to pursue despite her initial disappointment at hearing Sabu had not been using magic. Though when Iris spoke to her about digging tools and such, it snapped Lyminia back into reality and out of her focused and pondering demeanor. At first she was visibly curious as to why this other female would so suddenly be asking her about the matter, but upon realizing that Iris might want to contribute to help both of them get tools a small smile came to the golden-eyed female's face. "Well, Chief already mentioned selling thing from the forest to the humans, so maybe if i sell some ironwood and pelts i could make some coin to buy the tools with. If two of us are doing that together, we might be able to get the tools more quickly, eh?" she said to Iris, "Speaking of which, before any of us go trying to learn magic, maybe we should see if someone in the human town can tell us if are able to learn it in the first place before we spend any money or such on the venture." It was perhaps a valid point. Knowing if they could learn magic would help them know if they could learn it or not. If she could somehow not learn magic, then in Lyminia's mind that simply meant more time spent for other activities. Before any hard decisions were made on her part, though, she had to see if she could learn magic and what it would cost to do so. If a Goblin of the tribe could teach her magic of some sort, that would be easier than possibly paying humans to teach her perhaps. And the chief still owed her that explanation on how he evolved and became a Bugbear, dangit. She wanted to hear how he had managed to get to that point in the first place.
