Smart Bio: Assallya began her life as a mere slave, having been abducted and sold in the deserts far to the south of her forest home.  She escaped that life, became a whore for some time before living the life of an adventure.  That life was grievously dangerous so she took her loot and started her own brothel that one day became a gentleman's club for the nobility.

She had just finally earned herself an honorary ladyship when the Overlord fell upon their kingdom.  Her intimate knowledge of the Lord's secrets, her sorcery and criminal connections served him quite well in peacefully taking over her kingdom.  A feat that has the people of the land loving him despite his bleeding them slowly dry.
