Clarm is the most impressive fortress in Telmarion, in Formaroth and possibly the world.

If i had a child i would probably have it in there with my wife (which i'm fairly certain, Cathryn is still in Clarm, otherwise i've missed something crucial)
Not bring him out into a battle.
However, if he has been sent away to a temporary foster home. That makes sense. But seeing few people trust the Tuania's i don't know who would be suitable.

I basically am just suggesting that it makes sense that Anron is there. Unless Cathryn left. Then i have no idea when i missed that happening.
