[@Lady Amalthea] I decided not to pin it since there's now a global link in the sidebar, more visible than ever.

The only reason it's implemented as a topic rather than a static web page is so that moderators can easily edit it without needing any additional development time on my part.

I'd prefer that people link to https://www.roleplayerguild.com/rules so that when the rules location changes in the future, I only need to update the redirect.
