Seeing as you're a bit new and[@Zi]here has given wonderful advice I would advise you to explain and flesh out your world more and expect more from the people that will be joining you in your roleplay.  Also if you would like people to explain their characters write out a format for a character sheet.  Other than that look at other roleplays and see how that goes.
