Name: Srin Odessa (aka Imperial Pilot, designation number ES-32-0) Age: 22 Species: Human Gender: Female Homeworld: Metellos Appearance: Srin is a slim and relatively short girl with pale, almost porcelain-looking skin as a result of her upbringing on the planet-wide cityscape of Metellos and long hours spent in the lightless void. Her hair is short, messy, black, and shorn into a rough pixie cut, just barely within Imperial regulations. Her facial features have often been described as predatory, giving her an air of constant focus. Her thin black eyebrows point towards the bridge of her nose, and her light blue eyes are constantly looking around. Srin's nose is fairly plain, rather small and pointing neither up or down. Her cheekbones are set fairly high and her chin tapers to a fine point. The right side of her face is marked with a diagonal scar that runs from her cheekbone to about mid-cheek. The most recognisable feature of Srin is her left arm which, from the shoulder down is a skeletal robotic prosthesis. The arm itself is rather reminiscent of a droid arm due to Srin's lack of interest in disguising it. As an idle habit she tinkers with the arm, much like one would play with a strand of hair or tap a foot. Typically she wears her modified TIE fighter pilot flight suit, which is missing the left arm sleeve and all of the life support gear that usually accompanies it. The flight helmet is also missing. Major Skills: Skilled pilot, inspired mechanic and competent slicer. Naturally curious, but hotheaded and too confident for her own good. A passable shot with a blaster and decent in a fight thanks to her cybernetic arm. Primary Equipment: Srin carries with her a KYD-21 blaster pistol for defence that was a gift to herself upon graduation from the Academy (because most TIE pilots aren't issued sidearms.) The initials SKO are engraved in the hadrium casing on the top of the barrel. She also carries an Imperial survival knife that she has modified to function as a computer spike. Force Sensitive: No Biography: A former hotshot swoop racer from her homeworld of Metellos, Srin was a locally-renowned pilot, famous for her highly-aggressive-yet-technically-skillful style of racing; one that landed her in the winner's circle many times but also serious accidents nearly as many times, the worst of which left her lacking an arm. However it only fueled her drive to become the best swoop-jockey on the city-planet. Unfortunately her family was killed in an attack the Empire deemed "an act of terrorism committed by the largest threat to galactic peace since the Jedi Order." They were of course referring to the so-called Rebel Alliance. So at the age of 19 Srin signed up for the Imperial Naval Academy. She qualified quickly for Sector Naval Academy, which she entered at the age of 20. SNA was where the former swoop racer found that TIE fighters are remarkably similar to swoop bikes, only in space and with stuffy instructors blaring in your ear the whole time. Nonetheless she scored top marks on most technical and tactical exams, although her people skills were found to be somewhat lacking at times. At 21 she graduated in the top 5% of her class with a Lieutenant's commission (although she wasn't found to possess the necessary skillset or mental fortitude to be a squadron leader.) She was stationed in the Core Worlds in what was to be her first tour of duty. Unfortunately for Srin, the Empire had already begun to splinter by the time she was a fully fledged TIE fighter pilot. Her squadron was placed under the command of some ambitious Admiral, no doubt seeing the cracks in the Empire as the perfect time to carve out a dominion for themselves. Lt. Odessa found herself fighting other Imperials and Mercenaries more often than the Rebels she had hoped for. Though she had gained some limited renown as an ace, personal glory did little to quell the growing discontent she had in the quickly putrefying corpse of the once prosperous Galactic Empire. Some weeks after her 22nd birthday, the Star Destroyer she was stationed on was called on to intercept a rogue Star Destroyer over Corellia. In a pitched battle that lasted over several hours, Lt. Odessa's TIE fighter was hit and presumed destroyed along with the young pilot. In reality she managed to guide her wounded craft into the atmosphere of Corellia, where she made a safe (if a bit rough) landing in a dense forest. Despite most TIE pilots not being issued with survival gear, Srin is anything but by-the-book. Her KYD-21 blaster in hand and knife not far from reach she set out for the nearest settlement. Not wanting to pass up an opportunity to make a perhaps long overdue egress from the Imperial Navy, she also removed the icons from her flight suit, although she couldn't quite bring herself to get rid of them permanently. Srin eventually made it to a spaceport where she snuck aboard a transport bound for Coruscant. It seemed like a safe choice, familiar yet new. Once on Coruscant, the former pilot began putting her skills to use as a slicer, dealing in corporate espionage and at the same time as a mechanic, a less fruitful job but a far less illegal one. Still, at times she misses the excitement of space combat and the thrill of being against all odds.

Approved. Interested to see what plans you have for her?
