So long as you're comfortable in writing in the way RPs are and know the Guild Rules, no worries. That can actually work- though explaining why someone from China is in Germany at that time period is gonna be difficult. It might actually be slightly easier to have a Soviet, given that they might be better at being a double or infiltrating into Germany, who maybe wants to steal money through the NKVD for China?
