Natasha, Himeko and Cori went to investigate a crash.
Himeko gave some money to a homeless man who later stole Cori's car.
There may have been some attitude towards a disgruntled cop and later flirting with the ambulance driver.
Natasha nearly got mugged on her way to the scene. Stephan showed up and then Darren. The muggers were taken care of and a cop assaulted. Stephan was just caught leaving the scene by the ambulance team.

Quinn moved in with Sam next to Felicity's apartment.
Michael & Tommy are drinking at a bar.
