[@Muttonhawk] Deliberately left vague, possibly both. Xanchaladan seems to be human, so I'll probably leave the Tlaca to be mostly hain to balance things out, especially since there's a nice line you can draw that separates islands four and five from one and two (three being a no-go for either).
