We'll have one or two people on the Corps with additional abilities, either alien or metahuman. However I'm not looking for one to have Speed Force, another to have ties to Atlantis, another tied to Amazons, etc. 

The tone would be something similar to Walking Dead. The majority of humanity is wrecked, and a handful of desperate survivors managed to rebuild a new Green Lantern Corps in what used to be the capital of the United States. The Power Plagues would be like the zombie outbreak, people with power/resources, etc. 

Most of the population is in single cities the size of NYC, smaller settlements and colonies will also exist but be fewer and fewer the further away from the Megacities they are.
