Well he's there most of the time, but there could be some unforeseen incidents. The Restaurant being the Restaurant and all. There are workings inside it that aren't entirely perfect (maybe. I'm making things up as I go along). Also there [i]are[/i] other people on staff, in case anyone's wondering.
