	The character you submitted is a [i]slight[/i] improvement over the idea of a murderous, teleporting, over powered piece of fruit. If only because Count Edgelord here has a working mouth and could actually interact with other player characters. 

	Drac here has a tremendous amount of issues in how you've presented him. His personality is shallow, his background is brief and doesn't tell us what we need to know, he has too many powers, too few weaknesses that make no sense (Vampires are not vulnerable to silver) and [i]more importantly he is not a Tale. [/i]

	Vlad III Dracula was a real man whose actions simply inspired a bunch of really nasty stories that later inspired Bram Stoker's Dracula in 1897. Tales come from a world of fables and folklore, so the fact your character is from the real world already makes him immediately [u]unacceptable[/u]. It's like you didn't even bother reading what the intent of this roleplay was. 

	Stories about blood sucking creatures and folklore Vampires have been around long enough that they, plus Bram Stoker's novel could be used as the basis for an interesting Tale. However even if you changed your character's Tale it wouldn't change the fact he's badly written hot garbage.
	
	One of the things we expressed asked for and have said, many, [b][i]many [/i][/b]times is that we want interesting takes on otherwise well known characters. A drug dealing Tinker Bell, vigilante gym-owning Mothman, a Taco-Truck driving Chupacabra. Those are all clever and intriguing spins to things. 

	Having Dracula as a darkly dressed, grim, blood thirsty depressive is the exact opposite of what we want. Edgy, dark, and broody vampires are a virtual stereotype at this point perpetuated by bad movies and lazily written books. 
	
	So in short you need to redo your entire character, from top from bottom if you want to even think about joining this roleplay.
