[@Scarifar] So, the First City-State of Xerxes was brought down by the Vowzra's Victors a long, long time ago. Amartia was captured and imprisoned in this holy site called the Cube. The Cube was created by Vowzra and exists in New Chronos. New Chronos is this floating island in a bubble just over the north pole which acts as the base of the Vowzra's Victors. It was put there by Jvan after she beat up Vowzra.

So anyway, Amartia was imprisoned inside this Cube and when Vowzra died both Teknal and Toun noticed it, and Toun commented that there was something imprisoned inside it. But I'm not sure whether anyone ever realised that Vowzra had a hand in Amartia's first fall or that he was imprisoned in the Cube before his return and establishment/takeover of the Second State.
