Ben throws the bowling ball, knocking down the remaining five pins. He beams with pride for a moment before hearing Kalinda's comment. He makes a sound somewhere between a cough and a laugh as he asks, "What is that supposed to mean? For the most part, we're not very complex." As Sue climbs him like some sort of marsupial, Anthony can't help but laugh. "Well done," he says, "I shouldn't have doubted you." After she had gone to the end of the lane, he picks up a bowling ball and stands motionless for thirty seconds. He closes his eyes, focusing on the vibrations that traveled along the floor, through his shoes, and into his feet. When he opens his eyes again, they're slightly grey. He begins walking toward the boundary line, his arm moving backward then forward like the pendulum of a grandfather clock. As Anthony approaches the line, his calculating mind subconsciously adjusts his pace, arm speed, and wrist position to give him the best possible chance of succeeding. He lets go of the ball, watching in silence as the ball travels down the lane, knocking down the ten pins with a resounding crash.
