[@The One] I'd be okay with a lalafel or neko, but I think a hybrid between the two is a bit much. Right now, it'll be a one character limit, since a lot of people have expressed interest. For magic, take a look at the abilities that I've approved, and keep it at that tier of power. There's way too many conceivable abilities out there for me to list everything that is and isn't allowed. If you have a specific ability in mind, let me know.
