Galen gave Isaak the smile of a comrade, and then went about his business. He couldn't right blame the Captain for starting them off quick, though. The crew did have a place to go, and voyages were long treks being in close quarters. They'd all get to know each other, eventually. "Alright, you heard the Captain!" He called. "Any of you girls, and lad, do well enough I might just put in a good word to the Captain to see you made Sailing Master. Now get on it! Hoist the sail, push us off, and get us going!" He slapped his hip as he called out, intending to make it well known that he was the leader, past the Captain and First Mate. Not out of arrogance, but out of trust. As long as the crew did what they needed to do, he would speak to the Captain on behalf of the crew. Now once the others had gone about their business, Galen would check the cabin logs for foodstuffs, water, and weapons. Make sure they were all accounted for, for the voyage.
