[@Mr Allen J] Yoko looks great! I'd like to make a comment/question when it comes to the liberty taking in the beginning of her history, though. 
You seem to be wanting the Eastern hemisphere's magical community to be autonomous from the West, so I just wanted to ask if you had wanted the Eastern hemisphere to not fall under the Council's control? The Council was intended to have a sort of global influence, with members from all over (in fact, if anyone would like to have any children from Council members across the world, or just generally possess a Council Member from outside the Western hemisphere, that would be great!), so I wouldn't say the East is entirely left autonomous.
