[@Regitnui] I don't have a character sheet format to follow, no. But in the character tab of the link you'll see existing CSs that you can take as an example. The last one is a good example as to the length. Longer is fine, if you want. ^^

But, basically, it's the following:
Name
Age
Appearance: Description preferred. Image acceptable.
History: at least 3 paragraph preferred
Pokèmon:
-Name (nickname, etc), ability
-additional information optional (height, weight)
-brief history (1 paragraph minimum)
--general fighting style/general "use" of the Pokèmon
-moves (tier format optional but preferred)
