Rekzild

After his initial compliment made towards both Sabu and the human woman Rekzild had fallen silent for a time. In an action that was clearly developing into a habit he wandered a little way off, setting himself against a tree as he took in what had been said, and the bits of conversation that were still able to reach him. For many it would be overwhelming, or one would think at the very least, yet him and his fellow newborns all seemed to be catching onto everything that was spoken without much issue. Even the strange blood hungry kin of his possessed a startling ability to understand all of the things that had transpired. Was this something typical among goblin kind, or was there something exceptional about their batch? He lifted his head for a moment, cocking it to the side when he heard mention of preparing to depart to the human city in a short amount of time. This was welcomed information, though it would seem that the others had more questions that required answers before they could depart. Unsure how long this portion would take Rekzild rose from his position against the trunk of the ironwood tree and made his way back to the chief’s side, who had been largely abandoned by the others. Stopping at his side he looked out towards the ones interacting with his son, buzzing around him with millions of questions that they fired off at a rapid pace. Throughout all of their questions most didn’t pertain to him. He had no interest in learning magic, nor discovering if he was capable of it, he had received the name of the location he could find books already as well as an explanation on how to acquire tools to write his own, and he certainly wasn’t interested in making the chieftain’s son prove his lineage. The only thing mentioned that he found truly interesting was the Stored Knowledge Matrix. Such a device would prove immensely useful, if he did not have to rely on others to translate for him he could successfully manage himself on his own. Before he could take another action he was taken back by Sabu unleashing his power in a more vibrant display. Rekzild could barely draw air into his body, but fortunately the display was short lived as it vanished almost as soon as it had appeared and he could breathe once more. Inhaling a couple of times he walked back towards the chief’s son, head tilted back to look up at him. ”If you are willing to help them acquire magical testing would you help cover part of the cost of a Stored Knowledge Matrix for me? I know you said it is ridiculously expensive so I wouldn’t expect you to cover the entire cost, I will accept the debt and work it off, but assistance would be greatly appreciated sir.”
