[b]Personality:[/b] Lisa Rigal is an optimist and competitive. Whenever a challenge comes up, Lisa likes to plan on how she will overcome the challenge or win rather than charge straight in. Socially, Lisa tends to have a few friends as opposed to many though she often attracts more attention than she intends. Lisa is also well-off, having been pampered by her parents since she was a child and so detests having to do any kind of menial labor to a degree. That being said, Lisa is well-mannered and polite to most individuals, even toward those that she detests. Lisa is a curious individual, often experimenting with different solutions to a problem if she ever comes across one or just poking her nose where it may not belong. To her, information is both fun to acquire and a source of power if necessary. 

Finally, Lisa has an adventurous spirit that has rarely been satisfied from her many activities that she has attempted before being brought to Arcadia. 

[b]Background:[/b] Lisa Rigal was born into a family who was part of a large pharmaceutical corporation. In fact, Lisa's father, Conner Rigal was the CEO of a company called Rigal Pharmaceuticals based in the United States and has a presence in Europe and Asia. Lisa's mother, Elizabeth Rigal, on the other hand, worked for the United States government. Elizabeth never emphasized what she did for a living, but whenever Lisa got in trouble, it was usually from her mother as opposed to her father, who treated her to anything she wanted whenever he was home. However, Lisa was mostly taken care of by a caretaker be it a maid, butler or whoever they were. 

As for Lisa's school life, Lisa goes to a prestigious private academy that has elementary, middle school and high school divisions for those that can afford to pay the bill the academy demands for enrollment. Even so, Lisa has been the center of attention numerous times during her life in academy for her looks, grades, and the various clubs she has joined to relieve her boredom including the archery club, swimming team, and the book club. 

As for how Lisa ended up in Arcadia, the tale starts at 7PM on a warm night after Lisa just got back home. Lisa lived in a home that overlooked a waterfront and often stayed inside the room at the top. This room had the grandest view the house offered especially towards the waterfront. As Lisa was on her computer reading a book she took a quick glance out of her window. What she saw was a purple light floating across the lake in a pattern. 

At first Lisa thought her eyes were playing tricks with her. After witnessing the same act for five minutes straight and becoming genuinely curious, Lisa could not help herself and went outside into the night air. Grabbing one of her father's speedboats, Lisa began to make her way toward the purple light. 

The light stopped in the middle of the lake, seemingly allowing her to approach it. Before Lisa could get to the light, the boat began to shake. At first, there was only a small amount of annoyance caused by this event. However the boat tilted for an unknown reason, forcing Lisa to go overboard. Now underwater, Lisa began to swim back for her boat and toward the moonlit surface. Upon breaching the surface Lisa found the boat that she was in no longer there, replaced by a man who was fishing in a wooden boat with endless sea.

The man gazed upon her with a smile, as if her sudden breach of the peace was expected. [i]"Caught another one with the waves of misfortune, I see.[/i] The man said, as if making an observation. [i]"Here, take this. For you are one of the fated. And even if you are not, you will need it still!"[/i] Lisa felt a weight upon her neck in that instance. Upon investigation, it appeared a silver necklace with a sapphire jewel appeared on her neck. "Why are you giving me this? Why me?" Lisa asked, to which the man replied [i]"Because I am bored. All of my catches have been boring, save you. After all, you are entertaining to watch!"[/i]

The light shifted and Lisa opened her eyes, revealing a lush forest before her eyes and herself laying down on the ground. She did not know what just happened, but what she did know was this was certainly too real to be a dream as she went to sleep, exhausted from this turn of events.

[b]Skills:[/b]

[i]Archery and gunnery-[/i] Lisa is a skilled archer and firearms user, having used a variety for recreational activities. However, the extent of her skill never went so far as to deal death to another living being save animals on a recreational hunt. Lisa has the melee capabilities of an average person.

[i]Strategy and knowledge-[/i] Forming a strategy using her wide variety of knowledge is Lisa's go-to for any given situation. Though adaptable having no action plan at all, even a mediocre one, leaves Lisa in a spot of weakness.

[i]Elegance-[/i] Lisa knows how to impress if needed, and this means a certain degree of elegance. 

[i]Strong Swimmer-[/i] Self-explanatory. Lisa is a good swimmer though she is obviously not going to compete in the Olympics. 
 
[b]Relic:[/b] 
[color=00aeef][b][i]Necklace of the Waves[/i][/b]-[/color] 
This relic acts in a very simple manner: anyone who wears the necklace is given the ability to manipulate and, eventually, create water. At first the relic will have the requirement to have water already existing for the relic to work, and even then the manipulation may range from simply refilling a cup of water where water still exists or changing the direction water flows temporarily. Eventually, more complex methods may be done such as but not limited to creating water without a source nearby or preventing drowning via careful manipulation of water's properties.
