Appearance: A relatively short person, with a girlish build. His red hair comes down to the small of his back, with his fox ears standing prominent on top of his head. He has 3 tails, one for each century of his life. His skin is naturally pale, but is sunbaked from his time spent outside. Green is often associated with his attire, the main part of his clothing always having a rich hue to it.

Personality: Ryteb is an adventurer through and through. When there's danger, he generally jumps straight in, not caring about mortality. Despite his straightforward nature, he is quite intelligent, able to piece together a plan while in the thick of a situation. His combat style is very athletic, as he spends much of a fight dodging while figuring out the right spell to finish it in one move. His habit of constant quips does grate on his companions though.

Bio: On his world, Ryteb was one of the thousand sons of the devil king, Maou. His mother wished to use him to seize power in hell, but the child didn't care for the throne of darkness. There was a fire in his heart that yearned for adventure, and he spent his youth exploring until his found an entrance to the human world. From there he began adventuring under the guise of a batsman with magical powers.
Along his travels, he made many friends and even found the love of his life, Ythe. But at the same time he also made many enemies. The gods hath little love for demons, and Ryteb's desecration of many of their temples didn't particularly endear him towards them. Eventually, though their love was strong, Ythe had to leave him to protect their daughter. Nevertheless, he continued adventuring always looking towards that next horizon.

Power: Mix-n-Max Magic. If you've ever played the game Magicka, it takes after that. By combining up to five elements, Ryteb creates a spell. The elements in his arsenal are fire, water, earth, air, lightning, ice, arcane, and life.
