Kyra would suggest going back. Taking a bit of Parum's advice, she'll settle for the captured prisoner for now, even though she really wants to save the mill and chase down the rest of the bandits. If she had any spells left she would try to fight the fire but I think this has gone long enough.

Also [@Hekazu], will we be the ones doing any interrogation? Obviously, I'd like the help of anyone capable of the speech skills, though I'll likely go the intimidation route.
