Understood. I'll work on a second round of edits tonight. My intent is for the Sagitarii to be a kind of banking center after their system was ravaged by a Black Death IN SPACE. All the accounts that sat inactive during the sector quarantine were nationalized into the Barony's coffers under an archaic law and while they're rich, no one will move there for fear of another outbreak.
