"Pretty close, It read out just shy of 140, so I was doing probably 137 or 138.  That is with only 8 pounds of boost, should be able to bump it up to around 25 pounds of boost."

He smiles and grabs the tool to turn up boost.  Tightening the bolt on the waste gate reading the setting on the tool.

"Alright, that is 18 pounds of boost now."
