[b]Background:[/b] From his lab in Discord City, the slightly mad genius Dr James Henderson produced all sorts of technical marvels. Vehicles, games consoles, even the occasional weapon, nothing was beyond his skill. But he hardly ever got any work done due to him spending most of his time with his daughter Jenny, the only family he had left after his wife died from complications during Jenny's birth. To escape the grief, James buried it under his love for Jenny and occasionally under his work too. But then, 18 years after losing his wife, James returned from a successful trip to a tech convention to find that his daughter had died in the chemical attack perpetrated by The Wayside. Now alone in the world, James found something new to bury his grief under: Vengeance. From that day forward, James vowed to devote all of his time, tech, energy, and resources to bringing The Wayside down.

By the time James had returned, people with superpowers had already began coming out of the woodwork. James deduced that the powers were a result of the chemical attack and tracked down a sample of the chemicals used. James isolated the components of the chemical that created superpowers and infused them into his technology to create an arsenal of energy weapons that he would use to tear down The Wayside piece by piece. And to add his own eccentric touch, James built in a side effect that would make the weapons play his late daughter's favorite music when fired: Dubstep. With the weapons built, James got in his RV and took to the streets. Though he initially had no luck finding out where he could find The Wayside, James managed to get in a lot of practice with all the criminals he found. Though he made no attempt to hide his identity, the local media still gave James a name to go with his scientist garb and his dubstep weaponry: Dr Dubstep.

[b]Personality:[/b] Until recently, James had been a somewhat mad scientist with a strong love for his daughter. Now though, James is a considerably madder mad scientist with a strong desire to eradicate The Wayside to the point where he will obliterate any and all confirmed members on sight with the full power of his dubstep guns. While he will allow nothing to stand in his way, James will not resort to morally dubious acts unless it's absolutely necessary to achieve his goals.
