I was actually going to ask you about that. Is it possible that the team (SV-144 "Jester") he formerly was a part of was a sniper team? Considering that he did search and resues as well as scavenge expeditionary missions?

Also should mention that military wise a machine Gunner (using FULL AUTO) getting a kill like that is impressive so despite him being seventh, he's good.
