This seems pretty cool.

[hider=I'm thinking of playing as the most terrifying monster to ever walk the Earth, ever.] Like a tax collector working for the Court/the Monster IRS, or some sort of low-level bureaucrat type. I'm picturing them more as a mediator type that tries to get supernaturals to cooperate with the Court and come into the fold as opposed to the money-grubbing, mustache-twirling, Beatles-song, villain type that just wants to get all that [i][b]money[/b][/i]. I'm also picturing some supernaturals would try to play it like they're a sovereign citizen, so even a taxman would have to be able to strong arm every once in a while. 

But...what would happen to those supernaturals who refuse to pay the Courts through cash or servitude? Would the [s]civil[/s] Court servants come and repossess somebody's lair? Would they get arrested and sentenced to some magical debtor's prison where they are forced to make talisman and license plates? Or would we just cut out all of the paperwork and have ourselves a good ol' fashion witch burning? [/hider]
