Ah sweet! I'll just plop my idea again here to further character discussion with all who are interested:

A character I've got in mind is along the lines of a grim reaper that runs a beloved bakery of New Camden. Perhaps Nemsemet's revival would be a cause of stress and inefficiency to her job, the natural order of mortality and in turn the bakery as she secretly utilises its popularity to keep tabs on the health and state of mortals within the area. The sort of citizen who's all "I don't have time for baloney politics, as long as they let me do my own thing and don't stick their beaks into my bread."
