Actually, I would say it's more of a Wannabe Hero, considering that no one knows if he is the actual descendant of the disappeared Warrior of Light or if he is actually a farce.

Remember, it does say he found documents saying it, but the fact that a newbie scribe found it by chance seems awfully suspicious. So he could be a liar, or he could be telling the truth. So yeah.
