~Myrilla~
"Show yourself, She devil!" Silence returned. Wisps of darkness floated at the edge of the dimly lit warehouse. "I know you're there!" Suddenly, he became very aware of a sickly, sweet smelling perfume pervading the area, threatening to cloud his mind with less than decent thoughts. There was the sound of something rustling behind him. The man spun, a throwing knife leaving his coat as he took a few steps backwards. The knife embedded itself uselessly into the wall of the warehouse. Shit, where-! "Hello, Kostis~" The voice made him turn on his heels. It seemed to come from almost everywhere at once, and at the same time nowhere at all. "You've been quite the busy little boy, haven't you? You messed up our plan to get the cursed fox on our side quite well, didn't you? Tsk...and also almost endangered my daughter." "Care about your daughter, then?" His voice couldn't help but to catch in his throat. In all his years of adventuring, deal making, and using his wits as an average human being without any sort of special abilities or magic he could only surmise one thing. That he was dead, and there was no way out of this. All he could do was stall and pray to God that he could come up with something, anything. "Maybe you shouldn't be making deals with that foolish headmistress, then. Once the council finds out about her involvement in this, both of you will be in more than a little trouble." Silence. Damn it, she was toying with him. "What can I say, it's so much fun to toy with you funny humans." Suddenly, he became very aware of something pressing into his back, the scent of the perfume filling his nostrils as a hand rest on his shoulder. "And that's my student, you're talking about you know, heh...she's a lot less foolish than you, you failure of a human being." There was a sharp pain on his shoulder as he felt something...something biting him?! He slammed his cane into Myrilla's midsection, painfully wrenching his shoulder out from her grip and putting some distance between them, turning to face his assailant who was currently wiping his blood off of the edges of her mouth. "Not running? And it's been such a long time since I did that little trick. Usually makes humans soil their pants and run home to their mothers...Tsk, your no fun. " She sighed, as her metal whip coiled itself back into position along the back of her dress. "Why delay the inevitable, hm? And next time if you're going to bite me, at least let me return the favor." "Oho, you're quite the funny man, aren't you? Too bad I don't have a sense of humor." "Ah, I suppose that would explain those wrinkles..." Before the words had even left his mouth, he found her hand wrapped firmly around his throat. "Tsk, tsk, calling out a ladies wrinkles...that's not very polite, you know." Before he could think of a rebuttal, he found himself being slammed onto the floor. "See you in hell, darling...tell your wife she was quite fun to play with as well! I might visit her again!" A searing pain wracked his body as he watched his body disintegrate before him. Seconds later, nothing was left in the warehouse aside from the faint smell of Myrilla's perfume and a lone knife...
~St. Sappho~
The trip back to Sappho for everyone was equal parts exhausting, tiring, and perhaps a tiny few misadventures happened. The dragon and kitten, the trip back was a bit less adventurous. The dragon made sure to keep an eye on the kitten, it was obvious she still wasn't doing well if the nightmares were anything to go buy, but Sorcha did her best despite her misgivings on the entire situation. She had blundered again, in hindsight hadn't she? She hoped Luna wasn't going to be too upset with her, but there was little she could do if the knight was. She intended to keep her promise to the kitten, no matter what...unlike a certain someone she wouldn't be naming. On the trip back, the dragon didn't give her any more instructions. After all, it was a good idea to make sure she could already keep up with what she already had. On top of training, she was demanding quite a bit from the kitten already. They were the first to make it back to Sappho. After they returned, though, Sorcha had a few plans up her sleeves.... Luna, Sel, Lyssa, Eith, accompanied by the Ninja and Priestess left for Sappho. Unfortunately, their benefactor only provided them a one way ticket - or had planned to help them leave, but was unable to for whatever reason which meant they had to find a way back themselves. For most of their trip, Ayumi kept to herself. She hadn't really even wanted to go. Hell, she'd wanted to be anywhere but here. Dawa and Kouze both insisted she return with them, though. Even if the others had tried to strike up a conversation, she'd ignore them, though Lyssa did seem to have a bit of better luck conversing with the ninja then Kouze, Luna, or Sel did. The fox, Sel's new familiar didn't exactly give her new master the warmest of welcomes either. If anything it spent more time with Ayumi then Sel. It seemed at least, the two enjoyed each others company more than the others. Whether that was a good thing or not, had yet to be seen. As for a certain Pirate...their Return to Sappho would be much later in the day then everyone else, and they would not be alone. A group of twenty or so men and women were with her, and she was sporting short-cut blond hair, much like a boys and a tricorn, green vest over a plain white shirt and comfortable brown pants, and leather gloves...and a dark-skinned child sitting on her shoulders that was wearing odd garments and had a number of odd tattoos over her body. The oddest part though, was the long, thin reptilian tail that extended from her back, and she was covered in a number of fins that would look at home on a fish.

~Late Fall, Livia Fiore~
"Learned your lesson yet, demon?" Livia growled. "Woooow, when did you get such stamina." The demon was currently laying on one of the couches in the room, looking more than a little messy considering what had just happened. "I haven't been quite so...heh, submissive since me and my husband made the twins, heh~" Livia held a hand to her forehead, sighing. Ugh, she was going to regret this later, she always did. Damn this woman. Which would be quite ineffective considering what and who she was... "Putting up with your bullshit, obviously." Livia finally replied. "Heh, you like my special brand of bullshit, you silly human." "No, I really don't. Now get out of here. And next time, before you drag a living human to hell tell me first!" She snapped as Myrilla pushed herself up, gettin' off of the couch. "Alright alright, fine, fine, Livia, darling." She chuckled. "You'll thank me for removing him from the picture later, you know." With a snap of her fingers, she disappeared in a wisp of black particles. She had a certain little princess to go say hello too... Livia simply leaned back in her chair. Admittedly, it was quite fun seeing Myrilla be so...submissive for once. Submission suited the demon. She might try it again if she had enough time...wait, no, that was a terrible idea. Myrilla wanted her to try again, likely. Bah. She hated that woman.

~Miren & Fia~
Most of Miren's day so far, had been quite exhausting. Considering this was her last day as the head librarian, she had spent so many hours cataloguing, packing her things out of the librarians room and getting everything moved to her new home. If Fia hadn't been there to help her for the past few hours, she wasn't entirely certain she'd have been able too do it on time. Not that it really mattered, the headmistress would have likely been fairly lenient with her. "Ah...My little bunny buns are so tiiiired." She complained, slumping her shoulders. "Ahh, what I wouldn't give for a good massage...thanks for your help, Fia." Miren said, offering the child a tired smile as they approached the headmistress's office.
~Sorcha~
As soon as the kitten and Sorcha had arrived back in Sappho, the dragon immediately took Maoin to her and Luna's dorm. The dragon flopped down on the bed, a bit tired. Most of the trip had been easy enough. She made a point to still fly Maoin most of the way if she could, mixed with the luxury of traveling in an expensive horse and carriage if they could find one. She had elected to make the last stretch herself, via her excellently amazing flying skills. Which also had the side effect of making her wings and body a bit sore. oops~ "Ahh, I could use one of those massages of yours Maoin..." She said as she rolled around rather childishly on the bed. "That's the last time I fly more than three hours at a time...urgh, I think you put on some weight." She teased the kitten.
