Hey, I am interested in joining this roleplay and will have my character sheet up later today. However, I have a short question to ask: When you mentioned that Nemsemet proclaimed himself ruler of the city, was it done publicly to the humans or only among the supernatural lot?

Also, would a half-human character be acceptable or should I just stick to pure supernatural beings?
