Nemsemet, so far, has only announced to other supernaturals, but is happy to kill off any mortals in his way. He is plotting his takeover, but he's being canny and trying to make sure that the humans aren't in a good position to resist. Taking over the supernatural part of the city and locking them down is part of that. He isn't into fighting two front wars.

Half-Human is totally good. Magic users tend to be mixes of various sorts with humans. Godknows-what and Grandma Mabel danced or something.
