Now, that that has been said.... You cannot make a character from Russia! (at least not until we pass a six month mark in RP Time) - All character spots coming in from Russia are already claimed. Elizaveta is one of them, Sigil is the second, Rivaan is our chosen third! You will be able to later but for now it is closed off to new comers and old comers alike until 6 months of time skip has been covered. (there is reasoning behind it but as with most things in my Rp's - no Spoilers.)

Morose, I know the question will come up so gonna go ahead and address it now - The Mamushka to Virginia has only ever been known as a dance, she will have no idea it was ever used for combat and does not possess any skill in it as such. >.>
