You can post in any of the interest check forums about your ideas, just some of the forums are different from each other. General is just a broad term for everything. Free/Casual/Advanced are different forums that depend on the depth of your posts. Nation is where you RP nations. 1x1 is straight-forward, it's one person RPing with another. Arena is where characters fight each other - like a gladiator arena.
