He rests there spritzing the rocks one last time before standing up.

"5 minutes is up."

He says slowly making his way out.  He walks up to the counter and grabs the measuring tape for the arms and legs, stretching it out to 2 feet.  He wraps it around his muscle and clips the other end on the other side of the measuring tool.  He pushes a button and pulls it in tight with his arm flexed.  He nods and smiles.
