Upon capture, Orion had several weapons on his person, some non-standard for most Mandalorians. Like most Mandalorian warriors, he had on his person two M-Ripper Pistols, a jetpack and wrist rocket launcher. On top of them, he had a strange, durable armor that's made of the Kiin alloy and a strange bio-coating. The helmet of the armor's visor had been cracked on the left side. The vornskr only pursued him once his helmet was off after the visor was cracked. He had rocket boosters on his boots, and a folded vibroblade on his belt.

On a mission on Duro, before any large scale battle erupted, Orion was separated from his group and came face to face with a senior Jedi Padawan. During the battle, the relatively unexperienced Orion took a blow from the Jedi's lightsaber to his helmet, imparing his vision as the visor cracked and sizzled. He promptly fled with the help of his jetpack. As he hid in the forest where a non-jedi ship had landed, he tried to see who the people who got off the ship were. They didn't seem to have noticed him, but it was difficult to see in the damaged helmet, so he took off his helmet. Right as the air depressurized in the helmet, a snarling sound could be heard from the ship's vicinity. Once he took the helmet off completely, he saw a group of bounty hunters following their canine pets, who seemed to be sneering right at him. Unsure as to what to do, Orion didn't move until the vornskr were let loose and sprinted towards him. He quickly pulled out his two Ripper pistols as the vornskr closed the distance. He shot two of them through the throat before aiming for the bounty hunters, but a shot to his gut dropped him on his back. Before he could get back up, he felt the butt of a gun slam into his head, knocking him out cold.

As a Mandalorian, he has been trained in several aspects of warfare. He mostly shines on the battlefield in close to mid-ranged combat, using light weapons like pistols and vibroblades, and on rare occasions, his body, to their fullest potential thanks to his relatively light build and acrobatic prowess. In rare occasions, he provides cover as a sharpshooter or pilot, skills he has been able to hone thanks to his affinity for the Force.
