The First Saizen I'm thinking of is the one written about in the OP: "the small village was founded by a shinobi of the Leaf Village (now known as the First Saizen) who chose to abandon the violent ways of the ninja". The current (alive) Saizen wouldn't be of much interest to an ancestor worshipper, bar a significant change in... status.
