He's hyperactive, energetic, and endlessly curious about the world around him, which he tends to channel into an endless stream of questions about pretty much everything. However, he's not an actively malicious or sadistic figure, underneath his bad temper and relentless kleptomania; Kerr is, in a very real sense, an innocent, still young and learning how to behave. History: Kerr's parents were 'respectable goblins'. They met in school, settled down when they were fifteen to raise a family, had nice jobs that they wore suits to. This made them essentially race traitors in the eyes of a large part of his native city's disenfranchised goblin population. It may or may not have been an accident that they died in a fire that local police strongly suspected was arson-related, but Kerr would never know. Either way he was on the streets when he was just four years old (eight in human years), and learned to fend for himself. He ate out of garbage cans, stole from convenience stores, and generally grew up without any supervision whatsoever. In his teenage years (so, when he turned seven-ish) he started running with The Ruckus, an all-goblin street gang that picked him up for his toughness and brains. Wasn't long before he was near running them, thanks to his almost savantlike talent with gadgets and explosives that let them pull bigger and crazier jobs and start more and more trouble. Eventually the law caught up with them, of course, and every member of The Ruckus was incarcerated; except for Kerr, who escaped alone. Word of his deeds and his skills spread fast, though, and now he's come to Deln with a new job; steal a city. Skills: Kerr's main talent comes in the form of alchemical brilliance - he learned everything he good about the crafts of alchemy and engineering from stolen books and magazines and took to it incredibly well. He makes potions, elixirs, and especially bombs out of anything he can get his hands on, and is also able to work and fiddle with some more mundane technology as well. He's a master demolitionist, adept at handling explosives (though he's not always the safest), and can spot the best way to bring down any structure with little more than a glance. Stealth is a foreign concept to him, however, and he's not very physically capable, being about two and a half feet tall and wiry as all get-out, but he can handle himself in a fight thanks to his self-invented fighting style of 'being a feral maniac'. Equipment: Portable alchemy lab, for all his brewing and tinkering and bombmaking needs, plus a few hand grenades, spare explosive charges and detonators, and some elixirs of speed that he keeps in his bag. Artifacts: The Blast Blanket, a goblin-sized blanket he carries at all times that's completely fireproof and enchanted to be unmovable by most explosions - very useful for surviving a bad demolition. He also has his Bottomless Bag, a satchel that isn't quite bottomless but nevertheless is much deeper than it should be, about the size of a hiking backpack.[/color] [/hider]
