[@Nightrunner] See, that’s not how I [or even the general critical music community] perceive Jimmy Eat World after [i]Futures[/i]. I think [i]Integrity Blues[/i] is better than the three studio releases preceding it in pretty much every single way. But that’s not hard given I think pretty lowly of those three studio releases in that I find them all fairly bland low effort albums that aren’t at all very interesting. I doubt I’ll see a resurgence of their energy we saw during their first few LPs, but I’m hoping the glimpses of enjoyable material on is a prelude to the band creating engaging music consistently again.
