[@Holy Grail] Haha, that's all good - the idea did seem a bit scattered between the two before, looks much clearer now. Nothing else really strikes me as a problem per say; The powers themselves are potentially rather open-ended in terms of their limits but any concerns I might have can be handled via proper Rp-ing so I'm happy to say its accepted and I am interested to see the powers in action.

And yeah there's a lot of concepts in that backstory but it flows together and gives plenty of potential plot hooks that can be used for story elements which is always a plus in my opinion
