It is orbited by three moons: The Commons, Splendor, and Godfors Aken. Set equal distance between two territories - Patience's Whitefall that orbits Athens and Ezra: Niska's territory. A world with a high amount of water, it is a center of trade, vacation spots, crops, and more. A modest planet compared to Core Worlds, it is extravagant compared to Border Planets. A hub where anything can be found and a lot of things lost. The perfect place to get rid of a ship and get a new one if needed. The Alliance steers clear of this world when they can. Patience isn't an issue since she keeps her own moon but Niska is another story and not even the Alliance want to cross him out here. [hr][hr] It took three days for the Reavers to clear enough to give the Retribution a chance to make a break for it. Tensions had been high on the vessel but nothing had broken out, at least no one had fought. Harper was in control of the bridge and while Anisa didn't trust him as much as he trusted Daphne the man was a better pilot when it came to an Alliance vessel, it would have been foolish not to have him in the lead there. That and Daphne was immature, even for her age. She was 26, no longer a child, she needed to stop huffing around like one. It was something Anisa intended to speak with Dorothy about but was putting it off until the boat landed and they could let people go their way if they chose to. Atticus had spent the majority of his time over the last few days hanging out in the Barbershop. Partly just because Foy was interesting to be around, part of that was because he wanted to see what was going on with the crew of the ship, both sides of it. It seemed a barber shop would be the best place to get gossip and see if people slipped. That and the fact that the night Anisa seized control of the Retribution, before she turned in for the night, he was instructed to not take his eyes off the Alliance crew. Something was not sitting right with her and she wasn't sure if it was Foy, Jahosafat, or Harper. Either way, between herself and the crew of the Vengeance, none of them had allowed any members of the Alliance crew to be alone together. Even pulling in the help of Gideon, Gene, Lionel. Once they were out of so called harms way the boat landed on Newhope. Anisa had made sure that certain members were escorted off the boat as quickly as possible and sent on their way. Others had chosen to remain. It was a skeleton crew beyond skeleton crew now. They needed new people and she still wasn't sure if Foy and Harper were going to remain with the crew. Jahosafat, after a two day drinking binge decided to stay, for Camilla. He wanted to finish his work, at least enough to stop the Alliance but he couldn't do that under the watchful eye of the Alliance. They would take whatever research he had and use it as a weapon. He wasn't going to have that. Once he sobered up, all bets were off. He was in the med bay nearly day and night hunched over samples, and collecting blood, tissue, and brain matter from one of his "frozen" Reaver popsicles. Anisa didn't like it but if it put the Independents a step ahead of the Alliance, she would deal with it. Anisa hadn't been doing too well over the last few days. The loss of Jackson was weighing heavily on her. It is never easy for a Captain to lose a crew member, it is harder to lose that last tie to the world you grew up on. For the first time, she truly felt like an orphan without a home. Her planet was scorched, her childhood friend gone, her ship left to rust. Now she was about to sell the ship she had taken over and buy something else. At least that was her plan for the day, once she found out what Harper decided. She knew what Daphne could pilot, she had a good idea of what Harper was capable of in the drivers seat. Who stayed and who went would help her decide what to pick up. Standing outside of the retribution Anisa looked around, the sun was out, it was still early but it had risen. The air was cool and decent. A nice change from Whitefall. People were coming and going and she watched them. She was waiting on a trader, to start talking prices. The drop had gone off without a hitch s far as she was concerned. At least once they got there it wasn't a problem. Payment was made. Anisa did something she didn't normally do, she shared the wealth more than what was agreed upon. In the end she had nothing from the trip but she let that go, she had a ship to sell. One that she could charge a pretty price for. Her standard crew got double, even those that were getting leaving. The Alliance crew even got a share. Not as much as her own but enough for the amount of time they were part of her crew. Anisa had paid Harper a little more than the rest of the Alliance crew but that was to cover the fruit that was taken without his permission. Anisa was a bitch but she wasn't unfair. While Anisa waited outside, the wind kicking up her hair Jahosafat was passed out on one of the med bay bed. He had been working the last 24 hours straight and ended up deciding he needed a quick nap. He had only been asleep an hour or two, lord only knew when he would wake up. Atticus was already in the Barber shop, flipping through his bible while sucking on a hard candy, the wapper sticking out of his front jacket pocket.
