Face claims are basically a face - actor, model, musician, celeb, instagram people, youtubers - you choose to represent your characters' looks. Like Eliza Dushku, Faith from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, is the appearance I'm using for the director 

the internet is your oyster and if you have a hard time picking one, tumblr people have face claim directories to assist you with that.
