Connor smiled, watching the scene, he knew Kijani well enough to know she wasn't truly concerned about the blood, but rather seeking to use it as a way to control herself. It was how she dealt with things-although he doubted she'd had many, if any, experiences with this. He gave her a smile, wanting to give her a hug, but knowing that that could push her over the edge-something she wouldn't want in this sort of situation.

"Well, at least its only virtual" he said, putting an inflection of amusement in his voice, keeping his gaze on ner, before he checked to make sure everyone had been rescued, before looking back to Kijani, "rest for a bit, that was more then awesome"

Phoebe nodded and smiled, trying to encourage Katherin, "sure, we can head that way. My petrified wood could be useful, if there is a lot of structurally damage, it can resist the fires for a time" she said, picking a weapon, although she was quite content with her powers.

Kalinda was more then content to stay in the shadows, and she did so, ready to provide support if he needed it, but also to make sure that she covered his back, looking about to make sure there was no one ready to sneak up on him.
