I think we should decide on a sigil before we make our team name. I've added a few examples a few pages back, and even colors designs. 

An old favorite of mine is pikemen with pickelhaubes using the German Iron Cross sigil or the Prussian Eagle flag and calling themselves the Black Brigade. All armies need a uniform sense of style, so they wore black and white clothing that resembled Prussian/Russian/Austrian Napoleonic era military uniform.

Alternatively we can go WW2 and use German or Russian uniforms. The USSR had uniforms that could fit this "era" (its fantasy, but whatever), yet the Germans had a sense of style with their uniforms.

Edit: Before any of you say that you were talking about us specifically, let remind you we're like 6 vs 352. We need people. Cannon fodder, allies. Whatever helps.
