I think we could try starting some characters out around Allard Park? Several of our characters have reasons to be in the vicinity of the park: Suzanne has her bakery close by; Celest visits the park often; Many people visit the park daily so there's many reasons for each character to be there.

Celest doesn't know about Nemsemet or much about the supernatural world yet but she does feel Nemsemet's corrupted energy growing and taking over New Camden, tainting it and poisoning the town's energy. Such an unnatural energy and entity is definitely something that needs to be stopped and eliminated.
